Informal Pathway
Designed for learners at the earliest stages of intentional communication, the Informal Pathway prioritises connection, autonomy, and regulation. The curriculum centres on process-based learning, using the "3Ms" framework—Motivation, Means, and Mate—to build functional communication. Pupils participate in structured sensory play, foundational self-care routines, creative expression, and outdoor exploration. All activities are highly personalised to support individual interests and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
